We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a well established and very busy consulting client of ours that is involved in the design and construction of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings, and institutional facilities. This would be an excellent opportunity for an intermediate to Senior PM that is looking to take their career to the next level and contribute to a growing consulting practice.

Responsibilities
Manages expectations for deliverables and overall schedule. Manages project through
design and construction phases with emphasis on schedule, design budget, and when required, construction budgets, communication, and team coordination.
Allocates tasks efficiently to design team members.
Efficiently navigates medium complex projects to successful completion.
Completes site surveys expeditiously and within allocated number of visits in fee proposal by
appropriately scheduling and organizing access. Relies on junior staff to assist with straightforward site surveys.
Identifies existing non-conforming conditions or areas that could use improvement (value- added).
Completes schedule, pricing, resource allocation and other non-technical sections of assignment. Must have complete understanding of report/assessment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree, C.Tech. or A.Sc.T. in engineering or related field. P.Eng. registration if
applicable.
Passive House/LEED/PMP beneficial.
Approximately 4-7 years of directly related experience
(Technical Knowledge Mechanical) Thoroughly understands items listed under Engineer, but may rely on Engineer for specific technical knowledge details and support
